CA SUPPLY CHAIN ACT
Under the California Transparency In Supply Chains Act of 2010 (the “Act”), retailers and manufacturers that do business in California are required to disclose certain information about their supply chain. The purpose of the Act is to provide consumers with information regarding the efforts of retailers and manufacturers to ensure that there is no slavery or human trafficking in their supply chains.

(the “Company”), through its parent company, Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, is a leading manufacturer and supplier of powertrain, body and chassis products, and in-vehicle entertainment and navigation systems for the automotive and heavy duty markets. The Company does not manufacture goods using child labor or slavery or other human trafficking. The vast majority of products that we sell in the United States are made in North America or Japan.
