High Pressure Injector

Description

The direct gasoline injection system injects gasoline directly into the cylinder, improves emissions/ fuel economy/ engine power. A key component is the high-pressure injector/ driver. This high-pressure injector has an optimized end shape giving the injected fuel a strong swirl flow, promoting sprayed fuel atomization. The injector driver runs the high-pressure injector which supplies up to 100 V. The purpose is to accurately inject high-pressure fuel, even in an extra lean mixture, where the intake valve open time is short.
